>  BT has been in touch with Adam.
>  Trip is actually Williamsburg 2019.
>  looking to incorporate a Festivals of Music adjudication, Inner Harbor, Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens.

1/22/19:
>  took a poll of students, adjudication or performance opportunity. Most more interested in performance opportunity.
>  Talked to Dan Schwanger at Lewisburg HS. Marching Band performing at Busch Gardens.
>  Plan is month of April 2019 - maybe just a parade in BG rather than MITP. Check into this.
>  April is wide open for them. 
>  Things they want to do:
- leave early on a Wednesday, stop at Inner Harbor on the way (lunch?)
- in BG at least one day, maybe 2 with a MB performance.
- dinner cruise on Spirit of Norfolk.
- colonial Williamsburg.
- ghost tour.
- see Jamestown
- fun places to go to dinner
>  return Sunday no later than 6pm.
>  about 100 kids, as many as 120 max. about 10 adults (10 to 1 ratio).
>  If they are over, some chaps can ride in 15 pax van that hauls the band trailer.
>  Budget. Their Disney trip was $925/kid (6 nights/7days). Would like to to be less than that. $700 to $800.
>  Hoping to have a plan together in March. Usually boosters pay for bus.
>  Susquehanna Trailways - right next door. Avis, PA - tour company? King Cole - don't like them.
>  He thinks travel dates will be 4/10/19 - 4/14/19
