> SN met with TCs, Band booster president and vice-president, Lynn Barch and Sam Hanna.

They represent the Springdale Band and Choir, who is planning on an Orlando trip in November 2015, as well as a possible Baltimore trip in May 2015.

They have already received a quote from Thomas Tours (New Kensington) for the Orlando trip and the price is VERY high and not very inclusive.

Lynn and Sam were pleased at what CCIS offered and are looking forward to working with us!  This came as a word-of-mouth referral from their BD, Steve Smietana, from Matt Beresik of Highlands.

>Spoke to Sam this morning and she will speak to Lynn about adding a Candelight Processional to a proposal. Sam will call SN back. (first day of school in Springdale)

>SN spoke with booster president, Lynn Barch, and received the following EM from her:
"I talked with Stephen and he seemed to like the idea of a Williamsburg trip at the end of May (weekend before Memorial Day 19-2, 2017 I think)."
>SN replied, asking for additional information including the approximate budget, total number of days, and if they need a performance and a clinic (since this came up as an issue last year)

7/19/16
> Lynn and SN have been in communication via EM. Music in the Parks would be a good choice for them to have the educational requirements met by the school. Lynn said she had to check with the BD. SN followed up today with an EM to discuss.
> Details to follow, but the basics of this trip likely will include the following:  
* Williamsburg, May 19-21.
* Music in the Parks
* Yorktown, Jamestown, or Williamsburg
* Even Water Country USA or Busch Gardens (MITP will be a Busch Gardens event, so that will likely be their amusement park)
* Leave early on Friday, return Sunday

10/23/17:
>  Canceled another trip.
>  No more proposals without a $500 Non-Refundable Deposit which will then be applied to the trip if they actually travel.
