7.8.12> Update: Ben is not 100% sure we can leave before Friday -- it will need to be cleared with the principal first.  Since Ben is new to this position (just hired a month ago) and the choral director has been in charge with planning, these are the dates she gave him.  Ben said to go ahead and schedule us for the Performing Arts on Stage program.  Is there a marching band component to this as well or just concert and/or jazz ensemble, with choral groups?

7.6.12> Received proposal for March 2013 for Florida. Festival Disney performance/adjudication. Symphonic Band, Mixed Choir, Womens Choir, Jazz Band, and possible parade.3 days or 4 days theme park pass - no hopper - Disney Parks. No security, budget is $500-600.00 bus is mode of transportation. Scenic America or New World.  175 students.  22 adults total 197.  Looking for 7 comps.

> BT emailed Kristina Schenck. She responded and requested a trip for Orlando 2016:
> Pursuing the possibility of a Disney World trip in the spring and would love to see a quote from us.
> April 11-15, 2016. We would like to look at traveling during this time. (I asked for more specifics)
> around 100 people total (again, I asked for # of adults and students)
> super impressed with Academy Charter Buses and we know we would like to use them again. If it would be less expensive for us to obtain their services then we can definitely look into that. (I shared my bus experience in Chicago and said we would secure multiple quotes)
> Want to find out the difference in price of staying at the All-Star Music Resort as compared to another non-Disney property. (Radisson??)
> They would also be interested in making the trip as all-inclusive as possible. As many meals as we can include so that the students don't have to carry cash would be great!
> BT requested details re: specific dates, # of PAX, and performance opportunities. Will update once I get a response.
