Great to hear from you and I'm glad you survived the winter. (It might not be over yet). What are some of the pieces you are working on? Give me the dates of these upcoming concerts.

I have attached our Disney trifold which will give you an idea of several different Disney packages and their rates. Obviously, since you are planning to fly we can make all the necessary adjustments,but at least this will give you an idea of where our land packages begin.

Keep in mind that these are just samples and your trip will be custom designed to fit your groups' specific needs. CCIS is one of 40 travel planners in the country to be awarded preferred status by Disney.

Hi Dave!

I hope you had a great winter!  (maybe a little too much snow? haha!)  We are gearing up for our Pops Concert at the end of the month and getting ready for the Spring Concert in May, it's hard to believe we're already in the month of March!

We are looking at taking a trip to Orlando, Florida (Disney) in February of 2015 and would like to see what CCIS can offer us as far as an itinerary and pricing.  We are looking at flying down and being there from Feb. 12-16, 2015.  The concert band, choir, and orchestra will all be performing.  We will be sending our equipment down a few days ahead of us on a truck in order to save a few dollars on having to fly all of our equipment down or renting.  Can you provide me with a tentative itinerary and price?  We are looking to compare several different itineraries with different travel services, adjust them so they all have the exact same events, and will see which will work best for us.

If there is a travel application that you would like me to fill out to provide a few more details, feel free to send that to me and I will get it back to you as soon as possible.  Please feel free to call or email me with any questions.

>  Don't send desperate email - too easy for them to continue to ignore you.  Drop in on them at the school and have an in person conversation. Make them uncomfortable if you have to.  You taught there after all and designed the building they are fortunate enough to teach in!  And after all we did for Kyle on their last trip to Orlando (nearly $4k in airfare because of their inability to read, etc.).
