>  BT updated Liz to primary contact.
>  Liz brought post card to VMEA for 10% off next trip.

5/1/17:
>  BT talked to Liz about next years trip. Remember, she brought 10% off post card to VMEA per note on 11/21.
>  Orlando has been the precedent - so she wants to stick with that.
>  About same size - 2 buses - 90 + 20. 
>  Liz's husband and kids MIGHT attend. Told her about early sign bonus comps - she will bring it up with boosters. How much would deposit be for this and when would we need it.
>  BT needs to send ensemble form.
>  Last time the Marching band did parade PAOS, then choir and orchestra did a combined stage performance - liked this last time b/c only 2 disruptions to their day. Disney said at least 15 min. had to be them performing together.
>  Dates - dilemma: Always go the beginning of spring break. All state is 2nd weekend after spring break. She's not sure which direction to go in. 
>  3 hotel nights.  Over easter. Friday to Wednesday - all state kids could still go. 
>  Really liked staying on property - likes 4 to a room. Didn't really like 6 to a room at BVS. Hotel was fine though. Feedback from pax was better for 4 per room. Also liked the Disney transportation.
>  Would like to go to some kind of a show like last time - Cirque or BMG.
>  Could they do 2 + 2 = Disney and Universal? Doesn't really need park hopper at Disney. 
>  Last year they charged $1100ish for the trip b/c they charged the chaperones 1/2 price. The adults paid $550.
>  Getting a new person in the choir/orchestra position. Also getting a new principal, can't get dates approved yet - maybe not until summer???
>  She's going to figure out her dates. Talk to her current principal and see if she can figure out approval. He's being promoted to superintendant, and he's the one that actually gives approval. 
>  Going over Easter sounds like the only option. We discussed possibility of MLK weekend, cheaper - she's worried about weather.
>  Budget is between $1000 and $1200. They like to stay there if possible.
