7/2009:

>  DSC is working with him on their Orlando 2010 trip.

2/24/12:
>  Micah stopped by CCIS booth at the MMEA Convention in Baltimore and spoke with CJ and BJS.
>  Mentioned Orlando trip for Spring 2013 and said he has already spoken with DSC about their plans and she is working on getting him their PTP???
>  Definitely wants to take advantage of the Early Sign Bonus Comps, s
o the sooner we can get him something, the better.

5/23/17:
>  BT met with Micah this morning and brought some pastries.
>  He is now teaching the choir - might want to do a shorter/closer choir trip next year. Wanted some ideas of destinations.
>  We talked Williamsburg, Myrtle, and Philly as likely options.
>  Kind of wants festival, but open to clinic experience. BT will send some itineraries to give him ideas.
>  1 bus - 50 + 5 likely. 
>  Budget would be about $500 max all incl.
>  One thing I learned is that they county revised their 3 year rotation policy, so he may be able to travel more often than once every 3 years!  Might even take his whole program on this trip next year.
>  No dates yet - BT will send itineraries, he will check dates and make a decision. Touch base over the summer.
>  BT gave him some swag. Asked if DD mentioned referrals...NO. Gave him a couple referral forms and mentioned trip. He asked about point status for Midwent - he has done 4 Orlando trips now and he said he did a trip at his previous school, not sure if that counts. BT will ask John.

5/23/17:
>  Per JF, Boonsboro (Micah) has 176,924 points so far towards rewards. 
>  This includes his trip at Hancock.

3/5/18:
>  BT has had some back and forth with Micah re: 2019 Orlando trip.
>  Sunday the 27th of January and returning Wednesday the 30th, they used Buena Vista Suites last time. Also, they traveled by bus last time and would like to explore flying.
>  50 + 11 = 61 (historically their trips have been 75 +).
>  If flying - they would take school buses to BWI.
>  Yes to equipment truck - no cost needs to be built in.
>  Disney PAOS Parade.
>  Last time did a day at Cocoa Beach. Wants to add a water park day at Disney. Regardless if they fly or not.
>  For his boosters, he's trying to have a rough price comparison between:
>  4 days- with air transportation and Disney property and...
>  4 days with ground transportation and off-site property (Buena Vista- 6 to a room) Travel day on each end.
>  BT will clarify travel dates for both options.
>  Let's discuss so you can tell me how you want the trip entered into the system.

>  BT clarified dates.
>  Notes above are correct for flying option - Jan. 27th to 30th, 2019.
>  For charter, they would depart Friday afternoon/evening on Jan. 25th and return on afternoon of the 30th. He wants 4 days in the park either way.
