>  APW called this AM to let me know that NASHVILLE is their choice so long as they can stay at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

Thanks Brett, I appreciate the update. I have attached a copy of the Advance Deposit INV we mailed out in early May for your use after July 1, 2012. If you want any help / suggestions on a destination, just let me know and I will be happy to discuss at your convenience.

Congratulations again on reaching the high Rewards level.  Do you think you will be able to attend one of the conventions this coming school year? Let me know as soon as you have a chance and we can get the plans in place.

>8.30.2012: Just received a message from Brett - they have decided to go the Nashville this year. They would possibly like to stay at the Gaylord National at one point…is that still an option?  Also, they would like to attend a festival of some sort. Brett would like to know what options if any festival options are there. He needs to nail down our cost by next Wednesday.  He will also contact our bus company and get that going.

>CAJ 8.1.13 - The date is weekend of March 8, 2014. Lets look at San Juan with a smaller group. Lets also look at a regular trip with everyone for that weekend. Need to keep that around $675 per student, $100 less than that cost for chaperones. I know there is not much going on festival wise that weekend besides Disney. We'd like to avoid Disney of possible, but I think we need this to be a festival year.

>  BT discussed 2017 trip with Stan and Rich.
>  Dates are March 16-19, 2017 - 185 students + 25 adults
>  Struggling with destination - don't necessarily need a festival since we just did Festival Disney.
>  The only festival I could find on that weekend was in New Orleans.

>  Is it worth checking airfare with the new air company to see if we could do a trip like this in the $800 range? I know you said Ocean Lakes might be able to afford their FL trip with flying. >  Stan talking New Orlenas. Too far, would have to fly. Might as well go to San Antonio. Rich seemed to like that idea.
>  Not sure what their budget will be - NY was pretty pricey for them. Tom seems to think a trip more expensive than the NY trip would not work.
>  Maybe festival/comp and possibly involve marching band.
