>  For 2008 . . .Depart 9AM on Thursday, to Mt. Vernon, lunch at Mt. Vernon, then to Hotel for check-in. Stay at hotel for evening, Dinner with $10 Meal Credit at / near hotel. They'll spend the evening at the hotel / pool, etc.

>  DSC to check on his intentions as far as Bonus Comps and June 15th Deadline.

9/30/14 - 
Richardo is no longer working at the school - took a different job.  I have left a message with Dr. Gibson about travel to Washgion, DC.  She is out unil the end of the week because her daughter had an accident. Will call on Friday.

> Also updated school name to ACADEMY of International Study. This was on the website.

9/15/15:
>  BT got email from Erick today asking about DC trip. He's new.
>  He doesn't have a lot of details yet, maybe 50 kids
>  DC/Annapolis - educational stuff. Seemed interested in Naval Academy tour.
>  May want to start with a day trip/one night trip
>  Talking to his prinicpal and he and I will chat next week
>  BJS, please send me past itineraries, etc, to share with him as he tries to decide.

09/15/15:
>  BJS sent 2014, 2011 and 2009 Final Itineraries and PTPs to Brett for him to share with Erick.

9/25/15:
>  BT spoke to Erick again re: day trip to DC in May
>  Wants to combine with the choir director, Ms. Sawyer.
>  They are going to talk and come up with a time for a conference call between the three of us. 
>  I told them to try to have their date, max budget, and ideas for their itinerary for that convo so we can move forward.
