>SMP spoke with he is interested in Cancun only rec'd card so I am faxing and mailing a brochure.
3.6.13> CJ - sent an email to Kelly introducing myself and letting her know that I am her point of contact.

7.2.13> Their school was not comfortable with our putting the money up for the trip without knowing exactly who would be going. The group will hold auditions for the new school year at the end of August. They did make an audition CD before school was out, but after receiving our packet Kelly saw that it needed to be a DVD. So here are her questions:

1) Is it impossible to work with them after school starts back?  (Of course,they realize that our prices are likely to change.)

2) Will all of the slots for the performance be filled by then?

3) If it appears that they will not make the cutoff for the Processional, can you recommend another Disney option for us?  Perhaps for the first week in January when our school has a week set aside for special trips?

Kelly sorry for such delays. It's there first experience with a trip like this and they are all feeling our way!
