>  BT met with Michelle and Adam for drinks - they both came to Morton's. Michelle is Jeff D. referral.
>  They are very excited to travel with us and make a trip happen. Have done trips in the past (before Adam joined), but financial issues with their demographic.  School/county makes them offer financial aid if kids need it, but no way to tell if they really need it. Anyway - lots for them to figure out on their end. They talked about possible doing the trip as a non school sponsored trip???
>  Interested in online payments (starting asap - June?) so they don't have to handle money and they could space payments out over longer time.
>  Interested in travel insurance for entire group.
>  They have usually had at least two buses and feel confident with 100 + 10.
>  They want to put two options out to their families to gauge interest. A cruise and a Disney trip. They want to get feedback from their families so they can decide how to proceed, and I don't think they need a formal proposal to do that. Just some guidance.
>  Cruise - just want a ballpark, I think we could figure this out. 3 night Bahamans departing from FL with flights. 2 ensembles, 1 band and 1 choir. Perform on ship or at port, doesn't have to be festival. Just want an audience. We talked about avg. airfare and such.  Late February.
>  Disney - April 11-15. Festival Disney, same 1 choir and 1 band. Last time they did Disney their trip was $740, but not all inclusive. only 2 meals a day, hotel sounded shitty. Off property.
