Hi Bryan

After meeting with John Habarka yesterday at Grove City, I have the following information regarding a requested proposal for an Orlando 2014 trip:

1. March 2014 - Orlando

2.  He predicts approximately 80-85 travellers - 65-70 students plus adult chaperones

3.  In the past, they have received 4 comps.

4.  They prefer flying with an equipment van driving the majority of luggage and of couse, equipment.

5. I have attached the itinerary from their last trip in March 2010.  John would like to do the same thing, except to swap Medieval Times for Universal or Harry Potter.

6. They would like to have a tour director travelling with them.

7. Budget $1000-1100 per student.

Grove City used Ambassador Travel exclusively since the 1980's and we are the first company they have called since obviously they will not be using Ambassador anymore.  John would like a proposal by January or sooner, keeping in mind that knowing air rates is not really feasible.
