>  Is not going back to West Green for 2008/09 year, has offer in Allegheny County as well as one here in Butler County. Waiting for official decision on which position he is going to accept and we will go from there.
>  Also suggested I contact Steve Hawk & David Glover at SRU (Jazz Ensemble Directors), invite to Golf Outing, for they travel each year with the Jazz and Percussion Ensembles.

7/17/08:
>  Mark played in CCIS outing at Aubrey's along with Bob Matchett, Ernie Pontierre & Steve Hawk. They were the winning team.

>  Spoke with Mark yesterday afternoon as Panera re: several destination options for Spring 2010. Needs either a parade performance or a concert performance for the band and a dance team performance for the auxiliary.
>  Considering Nashville, KY Derby Parade (Louisville), Myrtle Beach, Cherry Blossom Parade, Apple Blossom Parade, Willaimsburg / VA Beach. He is pretty wide open.

7/16/10:
Per WAH re: Orlando Band & Choir Trip November 2011
>  I spoke with Mark this morning, he said based on the cost, let�s forget the air and go with bus only. As far as the hotel, he said it is a Holiday Inn Express, with continental b-fast included, kids 4 to a room.
>  I noticed looking at the proposal from Kaleidoscope that there are no lunches included. I told him that and he said that he specifically asked for all inclusive.
>  BJS asked WAH to see if he can find out which Holiday Inn Express as there are at least 12 in the Orlando area.

8/6/10:
>  BJS updated file to Moniteau HS Band & Choir since the Choir is joing the band on their November  2011 trip to Disney.

10/28/11:
>  BJS and JAF discussed their cancellation of 7 pax ande decided to offer a credit of $2,619.75 for next year's trip (2012/13) school term.

>  Mark is completely fine with this and appreciates what we have done.

Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for the email and the call - my to-do list keeps getting longer and my "done" list includes next to nothing!  Busy of end the school year as always.

After discussing with my band parent officers I would like CCIS to present a trip proposal for a 2-day 1-night trip to Cleveland Cedar Point for Fri/Sat May 10 & 11, 2013.

Friday morning leave early and head to the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame.  
Lunch included
Afternoon workshop - Bryan mentioned the possibility of a workshop with a member of the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra.  
If needed, we can swap these events - workshop in the morning, Hall of Fame in the afternoon.
Dinner Included
Evening concert with the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra  - this is what their website states:

Friday night hotel - not sure if this is a late night check-in or it's better to check-in earlier in the day.

Saturday morning - Breakfast at Hotel - head to Cedar Point - Bryan mentioned the possibility of a parade through Cedar Point in the morning.  Lunch and Dinner included.  Return to MHS Saturday night.

I would like to make this all inclusive from Lunch Friday-Dinner Saturday, including tips and gratuities.

> SN called school to find out about the new BD.  Dennis Malinski was hired on Monday of this week.  SN updated contact information and left VM for Dennis.  Band camp is the first two weeks of August.

> Next trip is approved for 11/26/15 - 12/1/15 for Orlando.

> SN spoke to the secretary and Will Weltman is the new BD this school year.  He is at the high school from 7:30 - 10am every day, before heading to the elementary.
